Why corporate esports?

Playing online games together as a work team can have several benefits that contribute to team cohesion, communication, and overall productivity.

Improved communication and collaboration

Online games often require real-time communication and coordination among team members. Playing together can help team members practice effective communication, develop strategies, and learn how to collaborate under pressure. These skills can then translate to the workplace, enhancing overall teamwork and productivity.

Encourages healthy competition

Friendly competition in online games can be motivating and encourage team members to push their limits. This healthy competition can foster a positive attitude toward achieving goals and improving performance, both in the gaming world and within the workplace.
